Proprietor Raffaele’s namesake eatery pays homage to his grandfather Francesco Raffaele Aiello. Serving true Italian comfort food with fresh ingredients, proven recipes and exceptional service are the pillars of Frankie’s Italian Kitchen & Bar. An impressive selection of pasta dishes featuring both house-made pastas and traditional imported pastas, tasty hand-stretched pizzas with dough made fresh in our kitchen daily, hearty entrées, stuffed Italian ciabatta sandwiches and traditional Italian antipasto platters. Frankie’s also takes pride in it’s unpretentious wine list. The wine list focuses on great Italian picks and the best of the Okanagan Valley, as well as some new world winners and old-world classics.

The True Italian Taste project is promoted and financed by the Italian Ministry for Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation and implemented by Assocamerestero in collaboration with the Italian Chamber of Commerce in Canada-West and Italian Chambers of Commerce abroad, to raise awareness of and safeguard authentic Italian food products.

The project is part of a national campaign whose main goal is to promote awareness in the world about the authentic and certified agri-food Italian products, as in the continent supermarkets’ shelves extensively host many products evoking Italy, neither having any connection to Italy, nor involving an Italian manufacture.
